Our house is walking distance to Mardi Gras parades. It is also close to Tulane University, City Park, Super Dome, Morial Convention Ctr, Fairgrounds, French Quarter, Downtown, Freret St, Magazine St, etc. Very centrally located. You’ll love my place because of the double parlor living room, outdoors space, the kitchen, the comfy beds, incredible bathroom with huge walk in shower, and more. Great for families (with kids)/groups. Aprx 2600 sq ft. No parties or events.

Living room has stereo surround sound system and a projector system. However, we've had some guest complaints that the projector system is cumbersome to use, so we've added a big screen tv as well.

Bedroom 1 has a memory foam king bed, tv, giant walk in closet, giant bathroom with dual vanity, luxurious walk in shower, clawfoot tub, etc.

Bedroom 2 has a memory foam gel queen bed, tv, closet, and uses hall bathroom.

Bedroom 3 has a memory foam gel queen bed, closet, and uses hall bathroom.

Bedroom 4 is upstairs which has low ceilings - queen bed and en-suite bathroom. in All our early morning riser guest who sleep up there say they get the best sleep of their lives - it sleeps like a cave! And has it's own central HVAC system. Tv in bedroom 4 and tv in upstairs living room.

There is also a convertible sofa futon upstairs and a roll-away twin downstairs.

We have a professional maid and maintenance crew. House will be spotless when you arrive.

Nice kitchen with all amenities and gas cooktop. Large front porch.

Off-street parking available for 2-3 vehicles in the form of a driveway on each side of the house.

Pack and play and baby dining seat available.

The upstairs front balcony.
The shed in back yard.

Prior to arrival, I will send you check-in instructions. They will include the door code. No having to meet at a specified time for check-in! You arrive when you get here - and you have access immediately! I am on call should you have any questions or anything breaks, etc. I always leave a phone number for another member of my staff if I am out of town. And I always respond to messages quickly.

Broadmoor is convenient to everything. This house is ~2 block to Napoleon Ave and ~2 block to Claiborne. You can be anywhere in 10 minutes or less.

There are drugstores walking distance. Nearest grocery store is a 5 minute drive down Claiborne. Tons of restaurants and bars walking distance on Freret St.

Please be advised upstairs (1 bedroom and 1 bath) is low ceilings.

Base rate is valid for up to 6 guests. Additional guests are an additional charge. Max occupancy of 8.
If you find you have less guests than your original booking, 1 price adjustment may be made prior to your arrival. Refund is 50% of additional guest fee up to 1 week prior to arrival.
25 minimum age for primary renter.
