Drift off to sleep in one of the five modern bedrooms, each featuring comfortable mattresses and blackout curtains so you can sleep in during your vacation. 

The primary bedroom is located at the back of the house and features a king-sized bed, a TV, and plenty of luggage storage to unpack all your belongings. Large windows let in plenty of afternoon sunlight, making this a pleasant place to be day or night. 

The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed, TV, and an armoire for you to store your belongings and feel at home. The rich red color of the bedding and curtains will make you feel like royalty. This room shares a Jack-n’- Jill style bathroom with the primary bedroom. This full bathroom has a shower and bathtub combination and plenty of cabinet space.

The third bedroom has a plush queen-sized bed, a dresser, a cable TV, and an opulent chandelier, adding to the historic charm of the house. There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo in the hallway between this room and the second bedroom.

The fourth bedroom is accessible from the living area and features a twin-over-full bunk bed, making it the perfect spot for kids or young adults. It shares a door with the fifth bedroom, which contains a comfy queen-sized bed, a dresser, and large non-functional french doors that provide plenty of light during the day. These adjoining rooms are perfect for families.

Finally, there’s a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests. A third spacious full bathroom contains a walk-in shower. All three bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, hair dryers, and shampoo for your convenience.

Guest Access and Experience
As a guest, you can enjoy full access to the entire house. This includes flat-screen T Vs, high-speed wifi, front and back porches, an outdoor grill, a full kitchen, and free parking behind the house for up to three cars. Access to the housekeeper’s closet is not available to guests.

POOL access for up to 10 at the Drifter hotel .7 miles/3 min drive away. Includes free towel service, 25% discount at the coffee bar, and free entry to all parties and events.

* Please note that the motel pool is 21 and up to enter. Children are not allowed. IT IS NOT A PRIVATE POOL.

We will provide check-in instructions prior to check in. The house operates on combination door code - so there is no key exchange (or to lose!).
We set the space up where you should have everything you need. Our goal is to stay out of your way until you need us. We are always available if you need us via Air BNB messenger or phone.

Location and Transportation
House is on a commercial urban street.  Whole Foods, Ideal Mart ( Latino grocery), drug stores, Dollar General, Ruby Slipper (best brunch around) with in walking distance one direction. Wonderful coffee across the street at Coffee Science! Very cheap transportation to downtown: $1.25 street car, cheap uber rides for the short distance. Flat rate cabs from the airport - same cost to most New Orleans metro locations (or Uber/ Lyft of course).
Other direction is Louis Armstrong birthplace, NO courthouse, NOPD headquarters, Orleans Parish Sheriff office, etc.

Street parking out front is sometime hard to come by during business hours.  We offer 2-3 off street parking spots.
3 blocks to Canal St street car line - ride to the French Quarter for $1.25. Or uber/lyft anywhere.
