We will provide check-in instructions prior to check in. The house operates on combination door code - so there is no key exchange (or to lose!).
We set the space up where you should have everything you need. Our goal is to stay out of your way until you need us. We are always available if you need us via Air BNB messenger or phone.

The street car red line is right out the front door. It takes you towards downtown and the French Quarter or towards City Park in the other direction.
Uber, Lyft, taxis also easy.
2.5 miles to the French Quarter.
3.5 miles to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

Base rate is valid for up to 8 guests. Additional guests are an additional charge. Max occupancy of 10.
If you find you have less guests than your original booking, 1 price adjustment may be made prior to your arrival. Refund is 50% of additional guest fee up to 1 week prior to arrival.
25 minimum age for primary renter.
