• Parking passes are for regular sized vehicles only; we can not accommodate over sized vehicles or trailers at this time, up to 2 permits.
• After you have a confirmed booking, we will need you to electronically sign a rental agreement and required HOA docs. We also require a copy of driver's license.
• Surveillance cameras are present in al common areas of the building not limited to the lobby, breezeways, elevators, gym, pools, parking lot, etc.
Guest Access and Experience
**Indoor pool and hot tub are scheduled to reopen 9/26/25. The steam room will remain closed until further notice.(update: 9/24/25)
Indoor pool repairs are on schedule and estimated to be completed by September 25th. (update: 9/16/25)
Please be advised that the indoor pool and hot tub are currently closed with an approximate reopening date late September 2025. Repairs are scheduled to begin September 8nd, 2025 and will likely be LOUD & DISRUPTIVE Please ask prior to booking if you have concerns or questions. (update: 8/28/25) **

We can only provide 2 parking permits per unit - strictly enforced. No trailers, RV's, over-sized vehicles that can't fit in a normal sized parking space.
For Cruisin' the Coast we have additional over-flow parking available next door which can be reserved in advance.
