In New Orleans we call it a "shotgun, camel-back." That means each room comes after first in succession. There is a second floor that is only half as long as the first floor, forming the camel's back. This is true New Orleans flavor!
Fully furnished with all towels, linens, furnished kitchen, etc. Stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Hair dryer.
Full size mattresses downstairs are brand new memory foam gel.

Dog Requirements:
• If any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask prior to booking.
• Please let us know number of dogs, breeds, sizes, and ages.
• 3 dogs maximum per stay.
• Dogs are typically $100/stay for the first and $50/dog for additional, however we reserved the right to increase or discount based on size and length of stay.
• Confirmation that dogs are actively on a flea preventative during their stay is required.
• Expectations are for all pet waste to be removed from grounds - bagged and placed in trash bins - prior to departure or additional cleaning fees may apply.
• Unfortunately, due to insurance requirements, we are unable to welcome dogs that are primarily Pitt Bull, Rottweiler, German Shephard, Doberman, American Staffordshire, Akita, Great Dane, Chow, or Alaskan Malamute.

House is self check in with a door code. I do not meet the guests on site at check in unless needed. I am always nearby and available by phone if needed.
Location and Transportation
Centrally located without being in the middle of everything. Whole Foods is a few blocks away. Trader Joe's opening nearby in Summer 2025! Several billion dollars of new construction hospitals have gone up 5 blocks away.
The neighborhood is mixed-income. If this is your first time in New Orleans or don't know how to handle yourself in an urban non-tourist area, maybe reconsider. However, if you know that you don't need to walk down every dark alley and know the major roads, you will have no problem.
0.9 mile walk to the French Quarter.
$1.25 and 10 minutes from my home to the French Quarter by street car.
$5-15 and 5 minutes by Uber to get back.
Flat rate cab rides or Uber from Airport.
Short drive or bike ride to Mid- City restaurants and shopping.
